Loan Rates

The Georgia United Methodist Foundation's Loan Committee continuously reviews market conditions in order to offer competitive rates to United Methodist churches and entities in Georgia that wish to refinance debt, or build, renovate or expand facilities.

The current rates are as follows and are subject to change. Please call for a current quote.

Construction Loans

6.00% Fixed Rate on terms less than one year. Interest only payable monthly.

Permanent Loans

5.15% Five-Year Fixed Rate, adjusted at the end of each fifth year. Principal and interest payable monthly.
